- Advising corporate borrowers on banking facilities, including advice on the terms of banking documentation, preparing Board summaries, negotiating and finalising documents and satisfaction of all borrower conditions precedent and preparing banking facility compliance memorandums.
- Financial transactions involving the use of natural resources, including water rights for irrigation schemes for the dairy and viticulture industries.
